  • How do I store my bling babies?
    To keep your earrings in tip top shape, here are some handy tips: - Keep your jewllery safe in a cool, dry place. - Put them on last, and take them off first! Try and keep them away from cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray, water and moisturizers as they can cause damage. - Be gentle when removing the backings. Pulling, twisting and other rough movement can cause the glue to weaken and cause the earring post to come loose or fall off over time. - Ensure that you remove your jewellery before physical activity, showering/bathing, and before bedtime as our jewellery is fragile and may get damaged. - Please store them carefully, and don't throw them into your handbag as they may break!

  • When will I get my goodies?
    I will do my best to ship orders within 3 business days of being received, however at busy times such as sales and restocks please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be sent. I am a one-woman show, working as a full-time teacher so if there are any unexpected delays, I'll be sure to contact you. Otherwise, you're welcome to contact me as well at loloandlolasjewellery@gmail.com We are currently only offering standard shipping, and utilise the Australia Post network.Therefore, we are able to ship to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes, in fact we recommend this to ensure your parcel is not left at a location that is unattended leaving it at risk of theft. We value our privacy and do not offer local pickup or drop off.   • How do I get free shipping?
    Free shipping is automatically offered at checkout to any order over $45 sending to an Australian Address. Parcels eligible for free shipping are sent via standard postage without a signature required. As we are a small business and due to the high cost of international shipping we are unable to offer free postage outside of Australia.
  • I've changed my mind...can I return my order?
    For hygiene purposes, it is important to know that we do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind about your purchase. I have taken the time to include detailed descriptions with accurate images and measurements to allow you to make an informed decision. However if there is an issue with your item, please contact loloandlolasjewellery@gmail.com and I will do my best to make it right. Please contact us with any queries or questions PRIOR to placing your order, as all purchases are final.
  • Help - I've broken my earrings!
    We understand that accidents can happen, if you damage or break your piece, please contact us via email at loloandlolasjewellery@gmail.com with photos so that we can advise if the damage if fixable and depending on the damage we may be able to direct you how to repair. Alternatively, if it can be fixed, I am also happy to do this for you, however please bear in mind that postage costs for items sent for repair are the responsibility of the buyer along with any costs incurred for fixing your item. Any item sent for repair should be returned with signature on delivery.
