SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped out via Australia Post with tracking. At this time, only standard shipping will be offered.

The vast majority of orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of payment, and often sooner. If there are any further processing delays, expected customers will be contacted via email for an order status update.

 

Domestic orders will be sent via Regular Parcel Post and will be subject to the timeliness of Australia Post. Delays are possible due to Coronavirus disruptions.

Unfortunately International Shipping is unavailable at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

For hygiene purposes, it is important to know that we do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind about your purchase.

 

I have taken the time to include detailed descriptions with accurate images and measurements to allow you to make an informed decision.

 

Only items that are defective or damaged upon arrival will be replaced or refunded. However if you have serious concerns about your item, please contact us via email at loloandlolasjewellery@gmail.com and I will do my best to make it right.
